My Family Tree Chart Gift

This elegant blank family tree pedigree chart is printed on A3 linen effect subtle yellow paper. The paper is high quality 135gsm and will accept biro and fine point ink pens. The chart is printed with deep gold borders and headings.

It is large enough to display the gift recipient's name and date of birth. There are also fields for both parents and their details, the gift recipient's grandparents and all eight great grandparents!

Personalisation
The chart can be personalised in two ways:

• • Title personalisation (cost £2.50) . The surname of the gift recipient can be added to the title (e.g. Vernon Family Tree). We recommend maiden names for married women.

• • Full personalisation (cost £22.00). Title personalised and all the fields can be completed and printed for you. You will need to supply the full names of individuals and their dates of birth. 

If you choose Full Personalisation from the Options above we will contact you about the family names and dates of birth using the email you supplied with your order.

Delivery
Delivery times are affected by the personalisation options you require:

• • Blank family tree charts and title personalised family tree charts are dispatched in an A2 size tube and are usually sent within 72 business hours by standard first class post (£4.79).

• • Full personalisation charts are sent up to 14 days after you have sent us the names and dates of family members. Please allow time for living people to send us their permission.
